Millbrook Forest is situated in the Waihua Valley some 27km west of the Borough of Wairoa and 107km north-east of Napier City. Access is obtained by travelling on the main Napier-Gisborne Highway (State Highway 2) for a distance of 100km from Napier followed by 7km on the unsealed Waihua Valley Road. The property is some 107km from Napier.
Maxwell Forest Partnership was the 2nd forest established by Roger Dickie. In 2003 Maxwell had an estimated net stocked area of 250.2 hectares. Planting of the first rotation took place in the winter of 1990 and harvesting was completed in 2019.
In 2021 Maxell had an estimated net stocked area of 292 hectares. Planting of the second rotation took place in 2019 and the forest is forecast to be harvested in 2041.

The Malthouse Forest is situated 6km on State Highway 2 North of Wairoa, 5 km down Waiatai Road and 98 km from Gisborne.

The Long Ridge Forest Partnership was created in May 1994. Planting of 139 hectares took place later that year and a further 190 hectares were planted in the winter of 1996. Harvesting is forecast to commence in 2022 and will take approximately 3 1/2 years. The harvested areas will be replanted each winter.
Long Ridge Forest is one of nine forests situated at Te Reinga in Northern Hawkes Bay on Ruakituri Valley Road off No.36 State Highway and 75 km South West of Gisborne.

The Links Forest Partnership was formed in June 2001. Planting took place in the winter of 2001 and the forest is forecast to be harvested in 2029.
The Links property is located 57 kilometres west of Gisborne and 70 km north of Wairoa. Access to the forest is gained from Bushy Knoll Road, 12 km from the junction with State Highway 36.

The Kingswood Forest Partnership was created in January 1995. Planting of Kingswood Forest took place in the winter of 1995. Harvesting is forecast to commence in 2023.
Kingswood Forest is situated on State highway 2 between Napier and Wairoa in Northern Hawkes Bay, approximately 105 km from Napier. The forest is partly bounded and can be accessed by Waihua Valley Road.
