Castle Peak Forest Partnership was the 54th forest established by Roger Dickie (NZ) Ltd. and is situated 30 km west of Napier between Taihape Road and the Tutaekuri River. Access to the property is gained from Taihape Road via a right of way.
In 2021 Castle Peak had an estimated net stocked area of 290 hectares. Planted in 1996, harvest is forecast to commence in 2024 and will take approximately 3 years to complete. The harvested areas will be replanted each Winter.
